Teaming – We both know different information about the cardiovascular system that will benefit the students.
One teach, One Assist – As one of us is going over the new concepts and skills such as terminology and THR, the other will be assisting the students.

Understand Target Heart Rate – What it is and how to check it – what does it mean when they are working out.

Students will be able to keep an exercise log for a week.
Take their own and their partners heart rate and see if it is in the correct range for their workout.

We will ask students what they remember from the previous class period at the beginning of the class.
We will stop and ask if students have questions periodically throughout the class period.
